Pat Phillip Glasgow is a national of Trinidad and Tobago, married, and the father of three children. He is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies (PAWI), and a licensed marriage officer with the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Rev. Glasgow has been providing pastoral leadership to various churches, particularly within the North East Trinidad District since 1980.

Rev. Glasgow has held membership with the Fraternity Fellowship, International Charismatic Bible Ministries, 1999-2000 and has been in attendance at the biennial PAWI General Conference since 1980. He was also a participant at the Grant Jeffrey Prophetic Conference in 1992 and the Trainer of Pastors International Consultation in 1998. He has had opportunity to serve in several areas of administration within the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies.
